The First Prize for Student Presentation at the 20th Australian and New Zealand Society for Mass Spectrometry Conference 2005

Damien Callahan was awarded The First Prize for Student Presentation at the 20th Australian and New Zealand Society for Mass Spectrometry Conference (Glenelg, Australia, February 2005).

Robert Piccinin, Patrick Mornane and Damien Callahan were awarded in 2005 The Gilbert Rigg Scholarship by the Faculty of Engineering of The University of Melbourne.

Alex St John was awarded The J.S. Anderson Prize. The prize is awarded annually by the Council on the recommendation of a committee appointed by the Council in the department of Chemistry to the student enrolled in the Honours Year of a Science degree who is majoring in chemistry and who displays the greatest aptitude and potential for research. The prize will be awarded at the Dean’s Awards night on the 16th of May.
